Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which Lucky-Pinky ("we," "us," or "our") accepts returns, offers exchanges, or processes refunds for purchases of both Physical and Digital Products made through our website.

To be eligible for a return, your physical item must:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Due to the nature of digital products (instant download/access, and the inability to "return" the item), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

 

3.2 Exceptions for Digital Refunds

 

We will consider a refund for a digital product only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: The digital file is proven to be defective or corrupted and we are unable to fix the issue within 72 hours of being notified.

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital product more than once.

  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link or access credentials, and the issue cannot be resolved by providing a new link.

 

3.3 Requesting a Digital Refund

 

To request a refund under an exceptional circumstance, you must contact us within 1 day of purchase and provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
