3. Physical Products (Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Returns)

3.1 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided on the website and during the checkout process.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all physical items purchased from the Service pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3.2 Returns and Refunds (Physical Goods)

Eligibility: You have 3 days from the date you received the physical item to initiate a return. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us (info in the home page).
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.

4. Digital Products (Access and Use)

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product(s) for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Use (Digital)

You agree not to:

Use the digital product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Share, sell, or transfer your access credentials or the digital product files to others.

4.3 Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are typically delivered instantly upon successful payment via a download link or access credentials sent to your email address. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect email address provided by you.
